Refund & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1) What’s covered
Self-paced and cohort courses: 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date (or the cohort start date, whichever is later).
Workshops, bootcamps, and subscriptions: first 30 days of the first billing period only.
2) Eligibility checklist
To qualify, all must be true:
Your request is within 30 calendar days.
You’ve completed ≤20% of the course content and have not received a certificate.
1:1 services used ≤30 minutes total (mentorship, career coaching, mock interviews).
You haven’t previously refunded the same course (one refund per learner per course).
Account is in good standing (no chargebacks or policy violations).
Not refundable: third-party exam fees, software/licenses, downloadable templates you keep, group/company purchases after access is provisioned, shipping on any physical kits.
3) How to request
Email support@renewcareer.com with: full name, order ID, course name, and reason (short note helps us improve).
We may ask to deactivate access to course materials before processing.
4) How refunds are paid
Original payment method: We issue the refund to the same method used at checkout.
Financing/Installments (e.g., a lender or BNPL): Refunds are sent to the financing provider to credit your loan/account. Any interest or fees are handled under the provider’s terms and may not be refundable. You’re responsible for payments until the credit posts.
Processing time: We approve/deny within 5 business days of a complete request. Approved refunds typically post in 5–10 business days (bank times vary).
5) Physical items (if included)
Return unopened/unused kits within 30 days to the address we provide. You’re responsible for return shipping and risk in transit. We process the refund when the return is received and inspected.
6) Cancellations & chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while we investigate.
7) Misuse & fairness
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated refunds, excessive content consumption, policy violations) or suspected fraud.
8) Changes
We may update this policy at any time; changes do not affect previously purchased courses within their 30-day window.
9) Your rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable U.S. law
