You provide: name, email, password, profile details, age/grade (optional for K–12), course selections, messages, assignments, support requests, payment details (handled by processors).
Collected automatically: device/ID, IP address, approximate location, usage, cookies and similar technologies.
2) How we use information
Provide and improve the Services (enrollment, learning progress, certificates).
Process payments, subscriptions, and financing.
Communicate about courses, accounts, updates, and support.
Safety, fraud prevention, and to enforce our Terms.

De‑identified/aggregated analytics to improve learning outcomes.
3) Sharing
We share only as needed to deliver the Services:
Instructors/Providers: limited student info (e.g., name, email, progress, submissions) for the enrolled course.
Payment/Financing: processors and lenders (e.g., Stripe, Affirm).
Vendors: cloud hosting, email, analytics, support tools.

4) Children & students (COPPA)
We support all‑ages learning.
Under 13: a parent/guardian must create and manage the account and consent to collection/use. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to participate in the Services.

We do not allow behavioral advertising to children’s accounts.

Marketing: unsubscribe in any email or in settings.

We keep personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. For child accounts, we minimize retention and delete on verified parent request.

Nevada: We do not sell covered information.
