  • To qualify, you must:

4. Third-Party Financing & Payment Partners

  • If you purchased using third-party financing (e.g., Affirm, ClimbCredit, or similar), refunds are subject to both Nactus Inc.’s Refund Policy and the terms of your financing agreement.
  • We will confirm eligibility and process refunds on our side, but repayment obligations may still apply through your financing provider.
